Her leadership experience includes managing and training sales, marketing, and consultant/client service teams at Armstrong Shaw Associates as Principal, Director of Marketing & Client Service; and at Credit Suisse Asset Management as Managing Director, Business Development.

Terry is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan Suite of Assessments, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) and the Clark-Wilson 360 assessments.
